Twenty three years in the Mazian Imperial Navy. The last four years was spent in a prisoner of war mining colony.
Many compatriots died there. Worked to death for the most part. Once the armistice came and neutral zone was established. Everyone was set free, but no one sent home. Travel has a price and when the pull back happened everyone was simply left behind.
